To avoid being messy, you can create comprehensive reports and details about each task’s progress, whether they are completed or yet to be done.

To further decompress your heavy workload, you can prioritize them in order of importance or urgency, allowing you to gain focus and direction regarding your workload.

  1. Offers Numerous Integrations:

  1. Free Version/ Free Trial:

Wrike offers a free price plan that comes at no cost. This plan features basic project management features required for a simple project. The plan is suitable for personal use or a small, growing team.

For every other Wrike pricing plan, it allows for a two-week trial. So, if unsure of which plan to go for, you can always try each plan out at no cost for two weeks and then decide on what to choose.

Limitations of Using Wrike

As good as Wrike’s features are, it also has downs that might affect your view and usage of the tool. The limitations of using Wrike include:

  • Difficulty in Onboarding New Users

Onboarding new users onto Wrike is a bit difficult and time-consuming. This is because this process isn’t automated, and you must work around it manually. So, for a large number of teams, this process is quite time-wasting and tiring.

  • Slow Speed

Wrike doesn’t quite meet the bar with its speed. It has a slow response time which can be pretty annoying and frustrating. It takes a longer time to load, upload documents, and can sometimes take a toll on the progress of your project work.
