Can my team downgrade and get a refund?
It’s possible to downgrade from a higher plan to a lower one. You can also go from the paid plan to the free one. We will prorate your balance when you downgrade and have more than a day left until the next renewal date. This balance will remain on your account as a credit. This credit is helpful for upgrading later.
Also, if you downgrade to a free plan, you will maintain your current paid plan till the next renewal date. Slack offers no refunds, only credits.
