    1. Timeline View

This feature is my favorite. The Timeline View feature on Monday.com displays tasks. It helps visualize projects and other items on a timeline.

Also, Monday sales CRM allows a free flow of task dependencies. Task dependencies occur when you need to complete certain tasks before doing others. Dependency columns on Monday.com help to organize reliant tasks. These tasks can be linked together using dates or a timeline. Moreover, you can use automation to create dependencies on Monday.com, causing a dependent task to start automatically only after completing the independent task.

I enjoyed this feature because I could now assign tasks and responsibilities for their completion in advance. I can see when a task is due and who failed to complete different tasks. It also keeps everyone organized, especially if you want your projects to get executed on time.

Moreover, Monday.com integrates CRM tools like MailChimp and Salesforce. It does not stop there. You could use it with software development tools like Jira and project management tools like Asana. Once you do, you can perform tasks efficiently all from one place.

    1. Automation

Asides from its easy integration feature, automation is something to look forward to. You can communicate with your team members with just a click. Automating tasks frees up time for sales reps to focus on building customer relationships and closing deals. Moreover, automation works excellently with all your third-party integrations.

    1. Template Center

Monday.com offers you useful and always-ready templates for any task.  The template comes with convenient pre-built connections and automation if you want to develop these templates yourself.

It might not be easy to envision or construct from scratch without familiarity with the same or equivalent technologies. With Monday.com, you do not have to go through all that stress. You can use these templates for CRM, sales, project management, etc.

    1. Workload

The workload dashboard lists your employees and their assigned projects. This feature allows you to track and control your team’s tasks. With just one click, you can see the completed assigned tasks and who worked on them with just one click. You can see the completed assigned tasks and who worked on them with just one click. You can also see the current tasks someone is working on and the tasks someone has not begun.

Also, the Workload allows you to help keep track of daily, weekly, or monthly schedules. In addition, the drag-and-drop capability makes reorganizing due dates and tasks simple to eliminate misunderstandings

    1. Customer Support

You can contact its 24/7 customer support in several ways if you encounter any issues. There are many articles Monday.com provides that address the various concerns you might encounter. 1. Advanced Reporting and Analysis

Data is crucial to small businesses or firms. Monday.com analyzes your CRM data to create reports, spot patterns, and provide insights you can use to learn how to move your business forward.  You can analyze and monitor data such as the current state of your sales pipeline, forecasts, team performance, and other key indicators.

The reports from Monday.com CRM allow you to see the overall picture and the finer points. Modifying pre-made dashboards to show the metrics that matter most to you is simple. You do not have to be tech-savvy to do this.

If you are experiencing low sales turnover at any point, you need to know the root cause before you can tackle it. These reports provide insight into your company, allowing you to take corrective action before sales decline instead of wondering what went wrong.

    1. Generate Quotes and Invoices

Monday Sales CRM allows you to do many things on one platform. You can generate and distribute quotations and invoices without using a separate program. Additionally, I noticed that I could auto-populate documents with data from your boards, making it easy to add a personal touch.

    1. Effective Resource Management

Monday.com allows you to organize your resources. The resource management interface is a drag-and-drop dashboard that provides a high-level view of your business’s finances and operations.

This feature lets you set task priorities, including due dates and estimated completion times. You can personalize anything, and if you need to recycle any procedures in resource management, you can allocate duties and ownership to other people on your team.

    1. Budget Tracking

You need to stay abreast of all your budget and finances. The budget monitoring tools and templates available on Monday.com allow non-accountants to keep track of the business finances.

With the use of Monday.com’s budget monitoring features, I could classify my operating expenditures as either “main,” “secondary,” or “miscellaneous.” I was able to see when I had gone above my budget.

    1. Shareable Boards

At times, you need to collaborate on a project with individuals who aren’t part of your regular team members and may even be from outside your business. The best way to do this is to use Monday.com’s shareable boards feature.

With this feature, I could easily work on creating boards to work with freelancers, graphic designers, consultants, contractors, etc. The shared board on monday.com allows you to work with others while limiting their access to the specific areas you choose. Monday.com also provides an alternative to the public board in the form of a private board.

    1. Mobile Apps

A good sales team is always moving about. Hence they must have access to the platform through their mobile devices. Monday.com supports iOS devices like the iPhone and iPad. It also has Android apps that work on android and tablets.

Also, the Monday.com user interface is very screen sensitive. It can automatically adjust to any connected device’s screen size and orientation.

I could easily access my email, workflow, and tasks from any location with the help of the monday.com app. Mobile applications streamline collaboration by facilitating two-way communication, file sharing, and revisions to project spreadsheets. Everything is constantly updated. Moreover, you can use the apps without an internet connection.

    1. Lead Management

Another feature that made my experience with Monday.com wonderful is its lead management feature. It helps you monitor every lead and prospect.

I used Monday.com to know when a lead needs to be followed up on and then make contact with the potential client at the right moment. I could always keep tabs and follow up with my sales team.

The feature even helps score and rate your leads based on your criteria. Hence, I could prioritize the fastest response times for the most qualified prospects and assign the most successful salesperson I needed to work with at any time. According to the default settings of the lead scoring feature, I got a lead score based on the lead contact’s job title, the business’s revenue, and the number of workers. You can easily customize the settings. However, you can only use the lead scoring on the enterprise plan.
